« The most amazing hosts we have ever encountered on Vrbo. We are so excited to visit with such ease and transition. Some last minute thing happened with this home so they hooked us up with another home with basically the same needs we needed and even closer to the location of the event we were attending so it was really an upgrade to us than anything else. « The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed. »

« The front desk staff was great, that was about it. There was garbage, such as a zyn can, a water bottle, and lip gloss still in the room. Shower temp was cold with no water pressure, and there were little hairs I noticed in the bed when I first laid down. The pool room looks very dated, and the maintenance worker who was in there at the same time as us could not keep his eyes of my girlfriend’s butt for more than a minute. This place was generally unpleasant, and I would never stay here again »
