„This was one of the most disappointing stays I've had, especially considering the price. The rates were comparable to a good hotel, but the experience felt like staying at a very low-quality inn. The property was dirty from the moment we arrived. The hallway carpets were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. In particular the lady who helps with weekend breakfasts, she was friendly, and extremely helpful in terms of helping us find alternate activities to do nearby while we waited for the rain to clear. We'd go back and stay here in a heartbeat! Excellent location, with easy access to other places in MTL.“

I accidentally spill coke on the bed sheets and blanket. The front desk team give me the instructions how to handle the situation. And provide me with another set of blanket at 1:15am. Recommended.“
