« The unit was great. It was clean and roomy for all 5 of us staying. Theres are few things that were minor discrepancies; a screw fell off of one of the chairs, my son found it by accidentally stepping on it; the towel rack in the restroom fell off, and one of the cupboard doors was broken. I notified the property manager of the discrepancies if they could fix it, but they couldn't. We asked for addition paper products and trash liner, which they kindly provided. « The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. »

« Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for...

« The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril. »
