« Booked a 2 night stay for our 1st Anniversary. Excellent communication from host. Absolutely wonderful to have been given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom lodge. Bedroom beautifully decorated with swan towels and rose petals - superb touch, along with anniversary banner on the door - thanks you. The lodge was clean cosy and home from home. Amazing views from the hot tub which was clean and covered with a veranda and fairy lights which made it perfect to relax. Would 100% recommend to anyone...

« Arrived to be given a key and parking disc , friendly but nobody overnight at a reception, big room but found it very noisy with the seagulls and road noise as single glazed windows , tap wobbly and no waste cover in shower , should have unplugged the fridge as noisy at night on and off , no plug point near the dressing table so couldn’t see when drying hair , did smell like a greasy spoon !!! »

« We had a wonderful 5 night stay. A quiet village on the edge of the moors with cozy country pub. The pub food was spectacular! I’m not exaggerating… the chefs are top notch. The pub staff were so friendly and helpful too. The room was comfortable with a full king size bed and small well stocked kitchen. If we lived in the UK, we’d visit every year! As Canadians, we’ll have to wait till “next time “. »

« Clean and comfortable, with lovely welcome basket and useful local information provided. Shower was good and hot, heating worked a treat and beautiful location. Only improvement would be a topper on the mattress and you could feel the springs and a shelf in the bathroom. »

« Lovely spacious, and comfortable lodge. Great base for touring area. Found some nice pubs for meals. Site is lovely - very scenic, quiet and relaxing. »

« The room was lovely and spacious, had everything we needed was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Our host was really helpful and easy to communicate with and the property was in such a lovely quiet area. We were close enough to the local town centre to drive over for tea and 30 mins from Harrogate for a day out. Absolutely brilliant value for money »
