„Hotel liegt im U-District mit guter Anbindung zur downtown. Zimmerservice kam nur alle zwei Tage, war aber ausreichend. Gut ausgestatteter Fitness-Raum. Bagels zum toasten und Porridge zum Frühstück; daneben noch aufgewärmte verpackte Leckereien. Für Europäer teils zu fett oder zu süß. Wenn man den Müll, den man beim Frühstück produziert, übersieht, dann insgesamt ein gutes amerikanisches Frühstück. “

„Great place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again. “

„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email ...

„What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!“
