Welcome to Mill Street House, your Northport retreat near the tip of the Leelanau Peninsula. Set on a private acre less than a mile from the village, this spacious home gives family and friends room to spend time together and room to spread out. Explore Lake Michigan beaches, Michigan wine country, and the shops and harbor of Northport, then come home to a soak in the hot tub.

Room for your people:

Recently renovated for group getaways, the sprawling ranch offers just over 2,600 square feet, all on the main level, with accommodations for up to 15 guests. Three private bedrooms each have a king-size bed. The bunk lounge offers full-size bunks and space for games, while the sunroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Every mattress in the house is high quality memory foam.

Two full bathrooms help keep mornings moving. Air conditioning throughout, high-speed internet, two smart TVs, and an on-site washer and dryer bring everyday comfort to a longer stay.

Gather and settle in:

Make breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, share dinner in the dining room, or settle into the beamed living room after a day exploring Leelanau. The sunroom has windows and wicker seating for morning coffee or a quiet conversation. A foosball table and games give your group another place to gather in the bunk lounge.

Outside, enjoy the spacious, private yard and fire pit. The Jacuzzi J-300 hot tub has lights and a waterfall for a relaxing finish to the day. The yard is partially fenced and private.

Explore Leelanau
Northport is less than a mile away, with village eateries, shops, the harbor, and nearby beaches. Spend a day exploring local wineries, visit Leland's historic Fishtown, or head to Leelanau State Park and the Grand Traverse Lighthouse.
