« Ne soyez pas effrayés par la proximité de l'autoroute, une fois dans votre chambre vous n'entendrez plus rien.... Mais vous serez réveillés par les premiers rayons du soleil puisque les fenêtres n'ont pas de rideaux...! L'ensemble de la bâtisse pourrait être très agréable si l'on ne tombait pas sans cesse sur des gravats ou des vieux meubles abandonnés. Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec une petite salle de douche . Petite TV pour la distance par rapport au lit. Lit un peu ferme.... Le...

« Lovely place very quint If your looking for a king size bed try elsewhere Location is excellent as is the area around lots of places to eat but you do need to book at the more well known places. »

« We were well looked after by members of staff. Breakfasts were really good with excellent choice. Bedroom was of a good size with good wardrobe & drawer space. The lower area of shower externally was not very clean! »

« Outstanding, if bijou, place to stay. By no means 5 star, but at this price point you would be daft to expect it. What you get is a very small room with a clean and comfortable bed and a shower with plenty of hot water at excellent pressure! And the owners couldn’t be nicer! It was a nice taste of real, northern hospitality. »

« Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend. »

« Well situated quiet accommodation within easy walking distance of beautiful Alnwick. We stayed in the beautifully appointed Groom’s room which is upstairs in the owners home. It was spacious with a very comfy bed, a sofa, lovely quality furnishings and a table just outside the room where a perfect breakfast was served. David and Bev our hosts were so welcoming and have thought of everything. Absolutely no complaints as everything was top notch and we look forward to returning and hopefully stay...

« Beautiful house and gardens although when we were there it rained a lot so didn't get chance to use the garden. Really friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. EV charging is not a problem either. All in all, perfect hosts and a perfect weekend break. »
