As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK. »

« Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. Upon going to dinner some one was checking into my room .She opened the door and I almost hurt her with the iron . Real sketchy place don't recommend at all . Not a...

« Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though »

« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. »
