„Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our ...
„The location is wonderful, the studio has all necessary amenities and instruction booklets for use. We loved sitting on the verandah eating our food, watching and listening to the birds. The highlight for us - the wildflower paddocks. Oz appears to be grazed to a centimetre, parks are mowed, thanks for allowing/planting the flowers/weeds.“
„We stayed in the old school house, it was so beautiful the artistic touches gave the whole place a fairytale feel. The staff were really friendly & helpful. We will definetly be going back in the future“
„A beautifully renovated motel with clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice big grass area out the back for the kids to run around and play. Parking out the front of the room. I wish we had nicer weather so we could have had a swim in the pool!“

I checked on my own receipt from hotels.com and also didn't see breakfast on it. Not a big problem for us, we just drove into the next Cafe in the morning as we aren't huge breakfast eaters anyway. It's just confusing and I suggest ...
„Staff very helpful.
Cabin a little old but clean.
In need of some maintenance ie dripping kitchen sink tap and tv has lines through its reception mostimes. Overall a pleasant stop over.
Thankyou.“
