« Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though.
The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine.
The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere. »

« Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. « A beautifully restored building. Comfy bed, not so comfy pillows. Beautiful decor and great location to access shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a door on the ensuit. Hubby and I have been together for 38 years, but sometimes privacy is needed. »
