I locali , seppure sprovvisti di aria condizionata, sono sufficientemente freschi perché in realtà non si trovano al piano terreno (come tra l'altro era indicato in descrizione) ma sono in piano inferiore rispetto alla strada anche se in ogni caso luminosi con finestre su giardinetto e davanti a ingresso.
