« Prior to my arrival, all communication with the hosts was fast and friendly. The hosts both met me at the gate and gave me a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and filled with homey touches that put this weary traveler at ease. Orvieto is a gorgeous place and did not have the oppressive crowds of fellow tourists that I encountered in the cities, even in November. My mistake was not to plan to stay there longer. « This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. « This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave! »

« What a lovely place! Luigi was an amazing host - he even picked us up and dropped us off at the funicular station. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our 2 night stay - including a well-equipped kitchen. Luigi gave us a nice orientation to the town when we checked in and had good suggestions for things to do. The location is central and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again! »

« The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...

Leonardo is a gracious and responsive host; the entire process of checking in and out was perfectly seamless. Feeling like Italian Nobility was a treat, except with all necessary modern conveniences.
