Leonardo is a gracious and responsive host; the entire process of checking in and out was perfectly seamless. Feeling like Italian Nobility was a treat, except with all necessary modern conveniences. « This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. « This was an amazing place to stay! We would highly recommend the house, the location and definitely the host Luigi. You won’t find better anywhere else! The house is very homely and inviting and has everything you need for a great stay. The host went above and beyond, picking us up with our luggage and even rescuing my phone, when it fell out of my bag. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in Italy. »

« We DO NOT recommend this property. It is dirty with cobwebs, dirt on the floor, dirty windows, mold on the walls and in the refrigerator. The bathroom had stains. The shower was filthy. The toilet was almost impossible to want to use. We almost purchased a flea bomb because we felt we were getting bit. »

« This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave! »

« The property was fantastic but the best part was how accommodating the property manager was with us. They gave us more than enough information about Orvieto, how to do day trips out of the city, help with calling taxis and buses, restaurants, and we could even bring our luggage early before checkin so we could walk the city without our bags.
