« We have stayed here before and it was better than others in the area so we came back. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a bit ‘ho hum’ but we don’t eat much anyway. The faucet in our room was a bit dodgy because the handle wasn’t attached. The plug in the sink didn’t work either so you just wash your face with the water running. We will likely stay here again next time we are in Lenexa. »

« Upon checking in clerk to pictures of my driver's license with her personal phone. Then proceeded to checking me in into a dungeon with a room that reeked of fog urine. I complained and she booked me the room next door which reeked of water damage leading me to believe the dungeon area flooded once upon a time. Finally booked me on the third floor with a room that was dirty and I only slept a few hours and checked out and moved on down the road. This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt »

« The staff were friendly and available, and the hotel was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. I only had two complaints and one was a deal-breaker. (1) service only every other day meant I was looking for a way or place to dispose of garbage and get fresh towels, but (2) the deal-breaker was the water pressure. The shower was so low it took me twice as long to complete and made me cold. It’s too bad because I believe they have low-flow heads so it seems this is controllable. If neither of...
