« We enjoy Hampton Inn and it is a great, consistent, hotel that we stay in often when traveling for business. This hotel was the same. Good services, breakfast and a good bed to sleep in. »

« Bugs everywhere, floors leaking water, smelled like cigarettes. »

« Always clean and comfortable stay. Convenient to all of our destinations. Stay was very friendly and accommodating. »

« Only issue was breakfast options were waffles, toast, muffin or cereal and they had 1 waffle machine and batter dispenser was broken and people having to wait 15+ minutes to get to the waffle making machine. »

« Pretty dumpy place, bathroom fan made a god awful noise, couldn’t get microwave door open in the room, was sweating during the night as the ac window unit was junk, clunky and loose shower handle. Definitely Don’t stay in room 111, better yet, don’t stay here. »

« Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather. »

« I inadvertently booked a room at this hotel thinking it was the Motel 6 in Overland Park, which was very nice. I wish there was a -option, this place shouldn't be in business. »

« Only one elevator with slow service; room furniture poor; terrible room coffee; expensive lobby coffee by Starbucks: no breakfast; lack of small toiletries; over priced for value received. Would not stay again. »

« Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all! »

« Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal. »

« The hallway had a putrid smell and was very warm. AC ok in the room. Staff was friendly. Elevator was not working. »

« The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »

« Nice and clean hotel in a great area with a lot of great restaurants. Only complaint is the beds are extremely hard. If you like firm beds, all good. »

« Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out. »
