„This property was absolutely beautiful. They provided for every possible need and the home was in perfect condition. A great retreat, well care for home, and very manicured back yard. The floor plan was perfect for family gatherings, a place for those who want to watch a movie on a big TV - a place for those to gather and play games, and yet a place for those who just want to have a quiet conversation ... or just watch the many birds that come to visit the property. „The rooms were very well maintained and clean. Kitchen had enough room and utensils to make food. Restrooms were neat and clean. Overall I recommend the home to tourists looking for a place to stay in Redding. We planned activities during the day and this place was close enough to every place we went to. “

„We loved the location of this home. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private and fully fenced. Nice patio with table and chairs and propane fire pit with nice benches. The house had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were top notch. Communication with the host was great. Very quick to respond and text all the information you need for check in and check out. We travel to Redding often for work and will stay here again if available.“

„Don and Rhonda are exceptionally friendly, generous, and helpful hosts. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage even after we had checked out. We also accidentally broke one of their wine glasses, and they graciously chose not to charge us for it. Most importantly, during our stay I experienced back stiffness and inflammation, and they thoughtfully provided me with some ibuprofen, which was a great help. I highly recommend this beautiful homestay—truly a five-star experience.“
