The property is good for a family experience. The photos are a bit deceiving: our closet contained broken hangers, there were no directions for where to locate new batteries for light and heaters controls, our curtains had missing parts and did not close well, the closet door in the master bedroom was hard to close/open because it wasn't set on the tracks (also one of the glass door panels was cracked), there were only two spoons in the kitchen drawer, no knife sharpener, no baking dishes, the pellet stove had to be repaired by us before it would work. I think that is enough of complaints. On the positive side the house was obviously lovingly and creatively designed by artistic persons. The location is wonderful for nearness to Bass Lake, hiking trails, and Yosemite.
