A spacious, fully furnished 3-bedroom home in the Oakland hills, made for family getaways. With 2,500 square feet, a cozy family library, and private driveway parking for two cars, it’s a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area together, just minutes from the Oakland Zoo.

This is a home meant for families to spread out and slow down. Three bedrooms and 2 baths give everyone their own space, and the family library is the heart of the home. Shelves of children’s and adult books, a reading corner made for lazy afternoons, and a lounger that converts into a thick queen bed make it the room everyone gravitates to. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook family meals, and the dining area brings everyone together around one table at the end of the day. High-speed wifi keeps everyone connected, and fresh linens and towels are provided.

Guests have private use of the entire upstairs home, with parking for two cars in the private tandem driveway.

Tucked into a quiet residential street in the Oakland hills, the home feels calm and removed from the city’s bustle while staying close to everything. Kids love being minutes from the Oakland Zoo and the open green spaces of Knowland Park next door. The hills are full of redwood trails for family hikes, and the Chabot Space & Science Center on Skyline Boulevard offers hands-on exhibits and telescope viewing on clear nights. Montclair Village, Lake Merritt, Downtown Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco are all within easy reach for days out.
