The rooms very small and lots of noise from the freeway. The staff was attentive and polite and the rooms were clean.

The property is convenient to San Francisco and a traveler can avoid the challenge of city traffic. The property is isolated somewhat and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I stayed one night here during a staycation. I really enjoyed and was blown away by how the room had the bed facing the window with the bay view. I could sit and work while watching the view. Normally the window view would be parallel to the bed. The room also came with a microwave which I appreciated after bringing back food to warm up for breakfast. Lobby also had free coffee and a breakfast buffet that you can purchase. I was able to see far away view of SF. In the morning I went for a quiet and peaceful walk along the waterfront and noticed there's a Emeryville shuttle that takes you around. Lobby had a small shop for snacks and the staff was nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at another Hilton again.

The staff was excellent! The woman who checked us in was so friendly and made it easy for us to check in. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved the availability for snacks and the variety. The restaurant and staff in there were great! My husband and I already referred others, and we will soon be back.

Place was good. Expedia cancelled my reservation without notification. I had to rebook and lost my bay side. That left me stuck with freeway noise both nights and minimal sleep. Not happy at all with Expedia now.
