« I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. When I checked in, there was no explanation as to how my room would be cleaned. In fact, no one came to clean my room, I ended up going to the front desk and...

« Where do I start? Upon entering the room, it was very spacious yet had a smell of smoke. Walked to the balcony to air out the room, opened up the balcony doors, and I immediately smelled marijuana. The carpet was pretty stained, but beds were clean and freshly made and the bathroom was clean. Went to throw something in the dryer and there was a sewer smell near the washer. Luckily it was not overwhelmingly strong. Street noise was loud but was drowned out by a sound machine. However the...

« I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...
