« Average hotel with average service. I faced too many issues: 1- they made me wait 35 minutes to get my room even though I arrived in the evening. Lot of noises in the hotel (elevator, chatting, etc). I had to call 42 hours after I handed my laundry to get my shirt back. The laundry man insisted to get paid at the door and didn't give me the payment receipt... Breakfast is ok. I really don't recommend it if you want to have a comfortable stay in Riyadh. »

« Across the hotel there are CLOSURE signs by the Ministry of Tourism, yet the staff donât know anything about it! Asked many times if the hotel is closed or not, and they had no answer. »
