I'd like to start by saying that this unit is run by a management company and I'm not sure how involved the owner's are. I don't usually write reviews, however, we were highly disappointed with this stay after reading the good reviews. Upon arriving we noticed that the unit was very warm, not unusual, but by the evening, it still hadn't come to temperature. We tried to open the balcony door to try to get some air and found the screen was completely off and wouldn't stay in the track, kitchen window was broken as well, but we were able to get it to open and close enough to get some air. We called the management company and informed them the AC wasn't working and were told someone would be in contact shortly .The next day and 3 calls later almost evening, we were told they made a work ticket they're aware, that's it! It was 78-80° in the unit with 70% humidity the entire stay!
At checkout it still wasn't fixed. The bathroom exhaust was almost completely plugged with lint and dirt, the closet door was off the hinge, the carpet under the table had chips and crumbs under it when we moved it to undo the sofa bed. Although the furniture was nice, it was advertised as a king bed but actually it was a queen, the kitchen trash can had MOLD growing in the bottom of it! We found someone's wallet, were told to just leave it on the table when we leave! Who does that? I even offered to drop it off at the office and was told no.
