You will enjoy a private home located about 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Includes a backyard the prefect place to eat OC steamed crabs. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, central air, WIFI and 2 televisions, one in the living area and one in the bunk bed room. Bedding includes a double sized bed in bedrooms 1 & 2, a set of bunk beds in bedroom 3, and a double sleep sofa in the living room to accommodate 8. There is an additional twin pull-out sofa, if needed. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
There is also a storage shed with some beach chairs for guest use. Parking is for compact cars only. Parking width is 85 inches.
Non Smoking/Vaping No Pets Please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
