1 Beachside Mews

No luxury detail has been overlooked, including dual main bedroom suites, bathrooms with dual sinks and soaking tubs, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances (including two wall ovens), soaring tray ceilings, flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and professional decor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay with spectacular sunsets, a two-car garage and a driveway for additional parking, a private outdoor shower, and so much more.



2 Beachside Mews

Brand new and custom-built, this is the only home in Sunset Island with its own private elevator, making it easy to access all four levels. Enjoy the bay breezes from the private balconies and the screened porch, sip a cold drink at the wet bar, prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and enjoy one of the seven flatscreen TVs (with Netflix). Luxurious bedding, soaking tubs, vanities with dual sinks, and decorator furniture round out the luxury. Venture outside and you'll find a gas grill, two bicycles, and free additional beach gear for your pleasure, making this a luxurious beach getaway that lacks absolutely nothing.



Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island includes every amenity, such as stunning bay views, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, an interactive fountain, a fishing/crabbing pier, a clubhouse, three private bay beaches, The Landing Restaurant, a market, boat docks, and a convenient midtown location at 67th Street.

No pets please.

The building registration fee includes six facility passes and 3 parking passes for 1Beachside Mews and six facility passes and three parking passes for 2 Beachside Mews. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $200. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $300. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $400



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
