The Owners of this fantastic Condo have thought of virtually everything to make your stay one of a kind. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room sofa, or one of the comfy chairs, after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Furniture makes for an awesome place to relax while watching the kids or the Dolphin play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. There is plenty of seating at the dining table for a family meal, or a fun family game night in! Not one to cook on Vacation? Walk to many restaurants close-by - everything from fine dining to the World Famous Greene Turtle is all just a stroll away!

The Primary Bedroom with a plush King Bed, amazing Ocean Views, Flat Screen TV, and attached Bath is located just off of the Living Area. With its own gorgeous Ocean Views, start your day with a Sunrise before anyone else wakes. The Primary Bath features a Convenient Walk-in Shower.

Just down the hall are Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 is bright and cheerful with Nautical Blues, and has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom 3 is just perfect for your special little loved ones and the rest of the family, sleeping 6 with two Full Beds and a Twin Bunk Bed. A 2nd Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area and the Bedrooms. Just down the hall is a convenient Washer and Dryer. This home will comfortably sleep only 8 adults and 2 children.

You will also love the location of The Quay Condos with easy access to everything! The Gold Coast Mall is just across the highway, and grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a fresh cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts is super convenient with all just a short stroll away.

The Quay requires a $125 Registration Fee paid upon arrival. Each condo registration is guaranteed 1 Parking Permit unless other arrangements have been made with the building in advance. Only 1 Parking Space is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
