We were there for the Ocean's Calling concert which was awesome. The unit served our needs and was comfortable. Location right by the beach entrance was an extra bonus. I would stay there again.

Poor Property Management

I didn't want to post this review, but at this point my frustration with the property management leaves me with no choice.Let me say that this review isn't about the property itself. The condo offered beautiful views, was well apportioned and upkeep was not an issue.This issue is specifically focused at Vacasa, the property management company. First, the listing of the property was incorrect. When I confronted Vacasa about the discrepancy they left me with no legitimate way to cure the issue. Later on that first day I called the property management about an issue with one of the applicances. They said that one of their maintenance representatives would call me to address the issue. I never heard from them again in my entire 5 day stay.I tried multiple ways to connect with Vacasa directly to express my frustration but they have ignored emails, voicemails and follow ups after the stay, so I have no other option than to share this publically.I will never rent another Vacasa property after this experience. These issues should have been simple to resolve and yet I was ignored. Look. Stuff happens and I totally get it, but to get ingored and no real response on these issues is unacceptable.

Needs attention

This property is well located but needs attention. Overall cleanliness was lacking, kitchenware had been put away by previous guests unwashed, we found an empty beer can under a bed, upholstery was in need of cleaning or replacement, to note a few examples. Numerous lightbulbs were out, a ceiling fan wobbled dangerously, and a faucet came off in my hand. I do want to note that property management overall was available, friendly, and responsive to the faucet incident.

Great Place for Cost

This was a great place for my friends and I to host a bachelorette weekend. You can’t beat the location. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to walk up for lunch or to take a short break from the sun. It’s super close to the night life so Ubers were affordable. When we got there the sliding door did not lock and the fridge was not cold, however, we just called the number on the papers they gave us and they had someone out within 30 minutes to fix both issues. The only other thing we could possibly complain about was the size of the trash can (way too small). Parking was great for one vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Quick Walk to the Beach

The positive ... location, location, location. 80 steps from the door to the sand at the beach access. Also, no highrise complexes in the adjacent streets so beach is open and easy to find space regardless what time you go down. Only complaints, the only trash can in the kitchen is a small bathroom sized can so you are trying to balance and not spill your trash bags all week while filling them up. Also, the front sliding door does NOT lock so anyone could go in and out. We found and used a TV tray and some books to block the door from sliding open and notified the management / reservation company.

Neighbors are very noise in the night not place for Parking we have to park 1 block from the apartment Check in to many paperwork and have to go to the office for pick up key and return in the same place Whit code key eliminate all that .

Good location

Overall, the property was in a good location and perfect for what my family needed. The only complaint I have is the place could have been a little cleaner. The bath tub had dirty foot prints and the couch could use a deep clean. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great mid-town location & beach

The price was reasonable for a mini week, however, the unit is very dated. The sliding door on the front of the building did not lock and a few of the sliding closet doors were off track. The appliances & AC all worked as they should and if you are traveling with kids, it might be just the right fit.

Ocean City Stay

Very nice , good location, clean .. my family enjoyed it a lot . Only issue with parking we have a big truck & can’t fit under to park where the parking pad was but i would definitely stay again .
