The Space:

You'll be right in the heart of Ocean City at this sunny, two-level condo near the boardwalk, an assortment of shops, great restaurants, and amusements for all ages. Here between Caroline and Talbot Streets, you'll be just one block from the beach as well! Inside, you'll be greeted by an air-conditioned living space with free WiFi and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels after days spent on the beach. There's a full kitchen (with a dishwasher) and two private balconies where you can soak up the summer sun. Things to Know Full kitchen The second-level bedroom is an open-concept design with a queen bed and a full bathroom No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
