Home was ok, amenities were incredibly expensive and had poor experience with staff
Overall, the house was clean and well maintained. It is very simple. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and had ample space for our family.The check-in process was difficult as you had to go into an office, wait in a line and meet with a person to receive a key, instead of receiving a passcode to open up the property door. You had to be there at a very specific time (within a one hour window) or else you would be charged an extra fee if you arrived late. When you are driving from out of state, sometimes you do not always arrive at the time that you plan due to traffic, so this was a stressful situation. Since you did not have a passcode for the door, and we’re only given a key, if you ever got locked out, they charge 75 to let you back in to the home. Also, if you happen to lose the key you would also be charged 75. It cumbersome and an extra-stressor to carry this key around the whole entire vacation.The property is located right across the street from the Pavillion. This is where the pool,tennis courts, Pickleball courts, workout facility and playground are. We were looking forward to using this as a family, but the listing did not state that we had to pay 65 per person for the week to use the facilities. We paid over 500 to use the facilities and unfortunately there was a staff member at the desk, who made it an unpleasant experience for our family with little children to enjoy these amenities.
