This unique indoor-outdoor getaway offers over 650 sq ft of combined living space, including an incredible 300 sq ft balcony designed for ultimate relaxation. Unwind on the custom wraparound patio furniture, stretch out on the oversized canopy daybed, or enjoy drinks around the custom cooler table while taking in the coastal breeze.

Inside, the beautifully updated condo features distressed wood-look tile flooring, a king bed, sleeper sofa, cozy rock fireplace, 55” Smart TV, custom driftwood lighting, and a stylish high-top bistro dining area. The fully renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, updated countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern backsplash finishes. The bathroom has also been tastefully upgraded for a fresh coastal feel.

For added convenience, guests can park directly on the 5th-floor parking garage level near the unit.

Enjoy full access to the home, including the living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private balcony. Parking information and building access instructions will also be provided prior to your arrival for a smooth check-in experience.

2. We love pets, but they’re not allowed here. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
3. No parties or events. Violations may incur a $500 additional cleaning fee.
4. Please respect max occupancy. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per guest.
5. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Excessive noise may incur HOA fines of $50+
6. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony. Violations incur a $500 fine.
7. No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on the property.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
