City Beach House #B - Oceanfront

You will absolutely love our beach front condo. Hip, modern, and close to everything, it's simply one of the best condos you can book. We recently completed a full renovation and now you can enjoy the modern beach condo in style and comfort. Whether it's beaches, surfing, eating or all of the above, this is the stay you have always dreamed of!



The Space:

Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This condo is part of a seven condo complex. In order to access the condo, you will need to descend two flights of stairs. The beach access is a further flight of stairs.



Guest Access:

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.
