"First we couldn't find the office to checking in. It is at the other end of the town. We were asked if we brought our own bedsheets and towels after we checked in. Ended up we were charged 360nok on rental for one night stay and made our own beds. And you have to strip the the bedding and return them to the checking counter on the other end of the town to check out. "

"The room was clean and well maintained. The shared washrooms were also very clean. There is also a faucet and sink in the room as well. The staff was helpful as well. The breakfast in general is excellent. This is one of very few possible stays in Rosendal. As Rosendal is a small town, it was expected that the hotel is less polished. But the hotel is very clean from the inside. However, there will be bugs (flies/gnatts) in the summer. Don't know if it is a good or bad thing. There were signs saying "This hotel is for sale" during my visit."

"Great view, nice room, friendly staff and delicious buffet dinner. The hotel offered parking with ev charger, unfortunately there were additional costs associated with the parking. The pool was great, steam sauna was ok. The hotel left a great impression overall. "
