We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as described, new and very comfortable. Nice furniture, with ample seating, a desk for work, nice tv's and appliances and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Although it's near the loop, traffic noise was minimal, never an issue. We hope to stay again.

Good house. Great neighborhood. Not as clean as I’d like but it was good overall.

House was in great shape! Host was very cordial. We always usually leave a home in better shape than we find it. What we really liked was the minimal requirements to prep the home upon departure. The host only had us gather towels, dispose of any trash, and ensure we've taken our personal belongings. We'll certainly do this again!

The house was not clean. Somebody had urinated in one of the beds and it was still wet and smelled. Hair in the bathtubs, bathroom rugs and on the bathroom floor. There was a used wet washcloth in one of the showers.

When we arrived at the property, there were already guests staying in the house. I contacted the host, and fortunately, he responded quickly and provided check-in information for a neighboring property instead. The home itself was nice, and the host was helpful throughout the situation. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bedding in the master bedroom did not appear to be very clean, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. Additionally, the furnishings could use an upgrade, as the bedding, rugs, and towels in both houses we stayed in did not seem fresh or well-maintained.Overall, while we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the general quality of the home, cleanliness and comfort need attention.
