« The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was very satisfied with both the room condition and the location. The hotel layout was a little confusing at first, but it became easier once we got used to it. Unfortunately, the towels we requested were never delivered, and the conditioner bottle appeared to contain body lotion instead. The pool was also very small. »

« Great place. Convenient to everything. The bad: loud washer, slow elevators and no direct beach access but the shuttle to private beach is free and runs every 30 mins from 9 - 5:30. »

« Don’t hesitate booking this condo! Everything was perfect! The Emerald Grande is the best place we have stayed at on a family vacation. You’ll love the easy beach ferry and set up at the beach. The water was beautiful! The pool was so nice too! Shopping and dining all within walking distance. And the fireworks from the balcony on Thursday nights are not to be missed! Thank you so much! »

« I chose 4/5 stars. The view and access to the beach was amazing. I didn’t receive check in information until after 4pm. I had to contact the host for it. They said it was emailed me to me days prior but I looked through all folders and did not receive it. One of the knives was chipped off. There was an empty eye drop container left behind from previous guests. The bed was a 3/5 at best. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Only cable tv. No streaming. Just wish the condo was a little better...
