« The ENTIRE staff at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson, WI were fantastic! Friendly and helpful....always a smile to make you feel welcome, too. »

« We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky! »

« I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You! »

« The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking. »

« Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby. »

« This hotel was in a convenient location. It was average everything- could use a bit more cleaning and better breakfast. But overall, it was adequate. »

« Great location, easy access to interstate to Milwaukee or Madison...but plenty to do in Oconomowoc. Hotel was immaculate, nice to have mini kitchen and outdoor seating and firepit with great lawn for kids to run off steam. Highly recommend. »

« I had the worst experience of my LIFE here. Got kicked out at 4am because I complained about the AC. Refusing to give deposit back claiming we “broke the TV” with no proof, as we only changed the input. Was called the PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT GO HERE »
