Browwnsivlle is located less than 5 minutes from Lake Overholser, the outlet mall, a 20 mins drive to downtown, the zoo and is a couple of minutes to numerous restaurants, a water park, and the state fair grounds.
Brownsville is a very unique property. It boosts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. As you make your way into the house, you are wowed with a beautiful mural. The living room is one of a kind with high wood ceilings, all glass windows giving a serene view of the back yard. Kick back on the relaxing couch and enjoy a movie on the 75inch TV. Gather with friends and play pool right in the middle of the living room.
Dinner at Brownsville is family oriented. The classic dinette can sit 12 people. Feel at home and enjoy a beautiful time with family and friends.
The Radiant indoor heated pool is a steal. Swim 24 hours a day and enjoy both summers and winters indoors.

**Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $200/night.
