« The house was really clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of lounging chairs. The kitchen had the essentials to make ourselves breakfast. There was plenty of space to park both of our cars. The host sent us the information for check-in ahead of time and we had no issues checking in or out. « From a functional standpoint the place worked out great. Place to lay our heads and great location with the Plaza and Westport being so close. It is a smaller unit but has tall ceilings so you don't feel too crammed.The down side to this stay was the thermostat is noted that it cannot go below 73deg F and the floors were not cleaned up well (crumbs and debris on carpet). I would give it a 4-start if the 2 items above were fixed. »

« Let me start by saying communication with owner was wonderful. This was our first trip to Kansas City. It was in a great location for both states of KS and MO. It was located very close to the interstate. Newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was on 3rd floor, I must have missed that in description but it worked out. No toaster or microwave but managed. Great place. »

« The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean...

« We appreciated being close to trolly, freeway access and other attractions. The precise neighborhood itself isn't much of a destination, nor walkable. The unit and the location can be noisy, take note if you are sensitive to city noises, or sounds from an upstairs resident. The unit has lots of supplies and extras, which we appreciated. Comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if a return trip to KC ever comes up. »
