« The rooms were quaint but the entire stay was amazing simply because thev checkin and desk help by Amanda was so refreshing after a long drive. She smiled and was pleasent (and funny) from the first step in the door through the last step out the door. Amanda is the reason I would come back next time. »

« Everything was stellar! Not only did they have a delicious hot breakfast, but the following: A bag for dirty / wet clothes. The hot tub area was clean and provided clean plentiful towels, in addition to the ones in the hotel. They have food in the lobby, so you do not have to run out to eat. « L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »
