„The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. “

„The property was terrible. The pictures does not match what was presented to us. The couches have suspicious stains that looks like that of bodily fluids. The host only could state she was the property manager. She kept asking us to wait until she spoke with the owner, and my children had to endure this.
