« Wish I could leave more stars because the house is in a great location, but unfortunately the property is poorly managed. There was no toilet paper anywhere, not even tucked in a drawer or cabinet. The only roll of paper towels was almost gone and there weren't extra trash bags. We found the dog bowls under the sink, but who knows when they were last checked because one contained disgusting sitting water. « The house is such a wonderful location especially if you're going to Palisades. It's the perfect combo of feeling secluded in the woods and being very close to restaurants and the freeway. It's great for a large group. We loved that we could bring our dog. We had everything we needed and a lot of space. My favorite feature of the house is the big beautiful living room window. It was snowing so it was like we were staying in a snow globe. »

« This house is perfect for families. We brought our families here for a stay together and the location was stunning. The views were incredible and we would love to visit squaw again. We thought the communication with the rental company was great. We asked for an early check in day before and they were more than happy to accommodate. « We skied for a couple of days in March 2024 and greatly enjoyed this house. It's spacious, well appointed and has a ton of sleeping spots. We used the free shuttle one day and drove/parked the next day to the slopes which both worked well. The only downside was that a couple of the beds had very, very firm memory foam which wasn't comfy for our family members, who weren't used to it so didn't sleep well. « House was beautiful, clean, well provisioned and extremely well located. You can drop right out of the local roads and into Palisades parking lot missing any traffic coming in and out of the valley. If we stayed in Palisades again we'd stay here! »

« The resort is nice, they are very stringent on the rules. Home owner was great, responded super quick and was very accommodating. The unit is as described and the pictures are well representation of reality. There is a ski lift just at the base of the resort and the ski concierge is an added perk.
