The property was very spacious, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. Location is good, but can be hard to back out of the driveway due to a hill and the street being busy, as it leads to the freeway. The host is communicative and accommodating. Check out instructions were missing. We've used vrbo before so we knew the general process. Overall, good property

Misleading listing, cleanliness concerns, and unresolved dispute. We booked this property for an extended stay while my father received medical treatment in Omaha. Unfortunately, we left after just two nights due to serious concerns about the property.At the time of booking, the property was advertised as a house, but we discovered it was actually a duplex with a separate lower unit and an interior connecting door. We could not verify whether the downstairs occupants had access to our space. The host has since updated the listing to identify the property as a duplex.The listing also advertised a gym that did not exist and wheelchair accessibility despite more than 10 steps to the entrance and additional steps inside.The floors were dirty, some beds lacked top sheets, and we discovered visible mold in the pantry. Because my father was undergoing chemotherapy and was immunocompromised, we could not safely remain.We documented the issues, contacted Vrbo immediately after discovering the mold, and vacated that evening. Unfortunately, the subsequent refund process has been extremely frustrating, and a financial dispute remains unresolved.The property did not match its advertised description at the time of our booking. I would not recommend this rental, particularly for anyone with health or accessibility concerns.
