« Wir waren 2 Wochen auf Zakynthos, die erste Woche im SĂŒden bei Keri und die zweite Woche im Norden bei Dina. GrundsĂ€tzlich gefĂ€llt uns der Norden wesentlich besser mit vielen tollen Buchten und einer etwas schrofferen KĂŒste.Der Bungalow ist mediterran eingerichtet, ganz unser Geschmack. Dina hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns ĂŒber die Woche mit kleinen Mahlzeiten ĂŒberrascht.Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen, immer gerne wieder. « Excellent property that is an easy walk from the town center. Great views from private outdoor area that includes sun beds, lounge chairs and jacuzzi. Covered parking. The property owner was excellent with comminication prior to check in through the end of our stay. Highly recommend! »

« We’ve always wanted to stay in Aqua apartments on our last 4 visits to Assos. September 2017 we finally had a chance to rent Pefko. It was a great stay and we genuinely felt at home. The apartment is clean, well furnished and in a perfect location. The cleaning lady, Sultana, is super gentle and helped us with a last minute request for an extra crib for one of our babies. Pefko is perfect for a family of four - we have twins. We also managed to have the grandparents staying for a short visit....

« We had a wonderful stay in this property. The rooms are very spacious and there are few spaces to enjoy the sun or stay in the shade. The location is very convenient close to Argostoli and there are many spots all around the island. But with the pool, the jacuzzi, the billiard ...you can stay in the villa ! Anne was really helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. Thank you Anne. »

« New property very close to the water where you could swim. Very welcoming owners who have created a very comfortable relaxing villa. It was very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views. Wonderful, delicious meal was created for us and some delicious baklava - home made of course - was a fabulous treat. Thank you Demitris and Dyonisos. We will be back in the future. »

Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute PrivatsphĂ€re. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte StĂŒck der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt ĂŒber einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus...

« Beautiful spacious home with air conditioning. Plenty of space for our 2 families of 4 traveling together with 2 grandparents. There are some stairs to enter the property, so if you have any mobility issues it would be difficult. The views were beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable. »
