« Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful. »
« I booked this stay for my client during his visit to Asaba due to the beautiful design of the hotel and the services offered. He enjoyed his stay and said he was very comfortable. There were some discrepancies that were listed on the hotels.com booking site that I addressed with the hotel. I spoke to them directly and also received an email about my issues.
