« When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now itâs after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. ...
