„Es war einfach rundum wunderschön, rustikal gemütlich, Komfort für die Seele. Definitiv nicht modern, dafür aber absolut charmant. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lounge ist eher ein Wohnzimmer, wo man die anderen Gäste kennenlernen kann oder einen Cocktail genießen. Wenn wieder wieder nach Tas kommen, werden wir garantiert wieder dort buchen.“

„Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond.“

„😀 Das Charles Reuben Estate ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr geräumig mit einem besonderen Flair. Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf.“

„Loved my stay at Ms. Sofia’s studio! Location was central to all the best restaurants, tours, ferries and made my short visit Hobart so much fun. Had everything I needed for my stay. The host was very quick to respond to questions I had during the stay there. Also the digital guide they send with details about the home and the surrounding neighborhoods was easy to use and very helpful. 10/10 would book again. “

„We specifically chose and PAID for a car park because Battery Point is so difficult. We could hardly use it, either local residents used it or the people staying in the rear unit with a huge Ute took over the whole space. The car parks are not properly marked and are very small. The kitchen sink was black when we got there, I had to buy a bottle of bleach. The shower needs the embedded mould stripped from the silicone and silicone replaced. It leaks into the limo on the side facing the toilet. ...

„Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. “
