Villa Casa Mavretići is located in the village of Livade, not far from Motovun. This traditional Istrian villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is intended for 4 people. It will be an ideal choice for those who want to spend a vacation in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.



The villa covers an area of 80 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bright, open space consisting of a living room, a dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be used as an extra bed. Neutral colors of light tones dominate the space, and the combination of natural elements of wood and stone contribute to the charm. All rooms are air conditioned and a wood burning stove is available for colder days. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.



The villa has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes and TV. On the 1st floor there is also a shared separate bathroom equipped with towels and toiletries.



Casa Mavretići is surrounded by a garden of 400 m², which consists of an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and no less than 3 lounge areas. Next to the pool there are 4 deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, and right next to it, there is a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. Along the side of the house there is another seating area with garden furniture. With so much space to relax and socialize, your stay at this villa will be truly unforgettable.
