Great family trip

The unit was much more than described. Very large rooms with more than enough room for three families. Everything was great including all of the amenities. Will definitely be back to this unit.

Spacious and clean condo

Our family enjoyed this condo, we especially liked the location on the 2nd floor so we could avoid the elevators. We also liked that all 4 bedrooms had private bathrooms. The living area and balcony were very spacious! We would stay here again.

Great condo but construction noise

Construction noise on the unit above us started just after 6:00 am which got us up and going much earlier than we wanted since we would stay up late the previous nights playing games. Construction for a new pool also made noise with us being on the second floor and right next to it but the noise was minimal and didn’t start as early in the morning.

Gorgeous accommodations, best location

Sign on front door welcomes you as you enter a luxurious unit. Very spacious with high ceilings throughout. Location was perfect – overlooking splash pad, pool and view to beach. Communication was excellent. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Super Bowl Bunch

Absolutely Beautiful Condo

One of the most beautiful condos we’ve rented. Loved the high ceilings, spacious well furnished balcony, and decor. Fully stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The only complaint we had was the parking garage. For some reason one entire side was closed. One of the selling points was the ability to park on the same level as our room, however this wasn’t the case. Overall a great experience and have made notes to try and rent this unit in the future.

The condo was excellent as were the overall facilities, however, there is an AC issue with the bedrooms. Common areas would cool down to 68 degrees while the bedrooms remained at 78+ degrees. Reported to property management who sent maintenance, who said the AC was working normally. However, the bedroom cooling was not corrected

Incredible Vacation with some disappointments

First of all, you should realize this hotel/highrise is GIGANTIC, with 32 floors and hundreds of condos. So prepare yourself for a lot of people, especially in the peak months/weekends. However, be thankful this particular condo is on the 2nd floor. This means you can park and walk in without stairs or elevators, but to go to the beach/pool you will have to go down one floor (we used the stairs most of the time). They have a few luggage carts/buggies to use, and you never have to wait on an elevator (which is a HUGE issue for people on higher floors). Also, the great thing about the second floor is: the condo has elevated ceilings, and I'm talking 20 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows with curtains in every room. Very impressive! The downside to that is, the 2 A/C units have a hard time keeping the place cool. I will give you our experience: We kept the curtains closed in our bedrooms most of the time to keep the sun from heating the rooms, but the curtains in the common area we tried to keep pulled open for the beautiful view. However that created such a temperature difference in the rooms vs the common areas; some nights it was freezing in the bedrooms, and other nights it was burning up. Very difficult to regulate temperature, and I think it all stems from the high ceilings and huge windows. I want to stress that this condo is beautiful, with comfortable bed, couches, lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, carpets/rugs. The place is cozy yet swanky. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked for cooking. It has a huge pantry to store your food items for the trip. Each bedroom has a dresser and night stands and big closets, and they all have nice updated bathrooms. Every room has a TV with cable/dish, but if you want to stream netflix or something, you need to bring a firestick from home. The only true problem we had was the fridge/freezer stopped keeping things cold for about a day, and the ice maker in the door melted so water leaked all over the floor. I contacted the owner/manager, but it was Labor day, so I didn't hear right back (which is understandable). They did send a maintenance guy out the next morning, and he fixed the fridge temps, but the ice maker never worked all week. Good thing there is a whole separate ice maker in the bar. Overall, this place is HIGHLY recommended. Just temper your expectation for perfection, and simply enjoy your vacation. You're at the beach!

Annual trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ve vacationed together for 11+ years but it was our first trip to Orange Beach. We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of our stay including location, size, and decor of the condo. We’ve all agreed to make this our go to for 2023! Convenient and comfortable

With our growing family, accommodating 8 people is challenging. This vacation rental was roomy enough with comfortable beds, that at the end of the week, we were all wanting to stay another week! On the second floor, we were all happy to use the stairs for convenience. It was so easy to get to the pools and beach. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks and equipped to accommodate our group with decent dishes and cutlery. Thank you for helping us adjust the speed of ceiling fans on the first day, since the ceilings are so high. Thanks again for sharing your well managed rental with us!

Wonderful Condo

Loved this for our family. I have 3 adult children and thier families. Each family had there own bedroom and bathroom. Large kitchen with everything we needed for our meals. Easy walk to stairs or elevators. Loved not having to use elevators. This is not huge, but appreciated a laundry basket to use in each room and a full size washer and dryer. The views were great! Our family would stay here again when we return!

Great trip,

We, 4 couples, loved our stay. The property was just as pictured. The previous December 2021 bad review about cleanliness is NOT WARRANTED. The large deck was a big hit. We did have 2 minor concerns. There was construction on the property which we did not find out about until a week before our trip. (Tennis courts were closed.) Also the grills are charcoal, not gas, and not very convenient. Located near tennis courts.

NEVER AGAIN-Do NOT Recommend

While this condo is beautiful/spacious/great view, it did not outweigh problems we had! The property manager was helpful at first BUT with each problem became less helpful and resorted to being rude and outright lying about our complaints/conversations. I would not stay at ANY property she managed, again. We've been to OB several times and this is BY FAR the most trouble we've had. Our room was very dirty, which was well-documented with multiple pictures/emails to the PM. There was urine/body hair left on the bathmat in one room, body hair in ALL of the showers/tubs , dried urine splatters on the bottom of two of the bathroom doors, mold in showers/tubs, dust balls everywhere, mold in the ice maker, food under the dining table, the washer couldn't be used due to a loud scraping sound and we were afraid we'd get charged if it broke while we were using it...The HVAC was a joke. It took three days for the manager to deal with it and 4 technicians to convince her the thermostats needed replaced. At one point, she told us nothing was wrong and to just "close the curtains" to block the sun if it was too hot. The temp would flux 10-15 degrees no matter what the temp was set at. We were up messing with it all hours of the night and were either freezing or burning up. We tried just shutting it off but it would turn back on all by itself!! The maintenance manager of the building was rude and refused to wear a mask into the condo and left without fixing thermostat (when we have high-risk people in our group...which is why we chose this condo due to the separate entrance and no need for the elevator). Several of our group have asthma and/or are allergic to mold and got sick while there. Due to covid we couldn't leave to go somewhere else while sick so we were stuck there. The property manager did send the cleaning crew back and, after two days of asking, refunded cleaning fee. They didn't clean all of the things, including the soiled/hairy bathmat..I washed it myself (which is when we discovered the washer wasn't working right) and cleaned the doors myself. I was told by Julia that "I must not have mentioned it to the maintenance man". I told her I did but he said to talk to her. When I told her we'd like to leave and wanted a refund of only HALF of our stay she said "no...she wouldn't refund us anything, especially if we left early". She added that I could have just set the soiled bathmat aside and stated "most condos don't even have bathmats"!

August family trip

Condo is exactly as pictured. Very spacious unit with nice size bedrooms. Balcony was huge and situated perfectly for people watching and water view (my parents sat out there for hours each day). Had a probem with the AC unit...kept blowing out warm air and unit needed a little more attention to cleaning but all in all it is a good unit.
