Steps away from everything!

Beautiful, spacious condo on main level. Steps from pool and just a few more to the beach. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to returning next year!

Very clean condo!

We loved the location of the condo! It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable and it was perfect for our family! We look forward to staying here again!

Construction

I have stayed at Shoalwater many times in the past 10 years I had always booked through Meyer Rentals. This time I used VRBO and was notified about 2 hrs before check in that the condos were undergoing building renovations and they would comp me 2 days. The patio was covered with construction dust and debris and the view was obstructed with scaffolding. The noise and limiting factors of the construction really impacted our enjoyment. Perfect for our family!

We have stayed at several condos on the beach. This first floor condo is the way to go! It was so convenient right next to the pool. The building itself is very dated but the condo was great! Clean, great location and our family made great memories there! We will be back for sure!

Perfect Location

Great Condo

The location is the best part about this condo. The ground floor was very convenient for bringing our things up off the beach. We were able to store our chairs and umbrella right on the patio overnight and did not have to drag them through the condo!

Great Location !

This property is we maintained and steps from pool and beach! It is well taken care of! The only complaint was construction being done above us for 3 days of our stay and a jack hammer or tile drill used for hours.

Easy access

The condo had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The best part of this condo is the proximity to the pools and beach. No toting our things on an elevator. The views were just as beautiful from the ground floor as they as they are from a higher level. Loved this condo so much, we will definitely stay again

Pictures don’t do it justice!

We were amazed at the size and quality of this condo when we arrived. We traveled with our 11 and 15 year old. The patio access to the beach and pool were priceless!!! You are steps from the beach and pool and it makes everything so much easier. No elevators to mess with! We will definitely stay at this property again!

Feeling Blessed

It was a wonderful week. The complex was exactly as described and we were even more excited when we saw it in person. It did not disappoint. The unit its self was nice and equipped for our family. The only improvements would be to change the mattress in the king room and have a bigger/smart TV in the kid's bedroom. Other than those two things it was perfect. We felt very blessed to have the opportunity to spend this week in such a beautiful place.

Easy breezy beach condo!

The living area is a wee bit small considering there are three bedrooms but the owners have arranged it well so as to take advantage of the space. Loved the first floor beach access!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 2 Families of 4, plenty of room

We were located on the ground floor and my only complaint with that was the gate that lead directly out to the pool in front of our room was broken so we had to use the next gate. There were prickly stickers in the neighbors area and we had to be careful to make sure we had our shoes on (but this was no reflection on the actual room, accidents happen and the next gate was right around the corner). We had 4 kids age ranging from 11-14, 3 boys and 1 girl. The bunk beds worked great and the kids rotated between it and the pull out couch. Plenty of plates, cups, utensils, cooking supplies. TV was a little confusing but I think it was because we weren't accustomed to the providers options. Location to the pool and the beach was wonderful and kids took advantage of the indoor pool almost as much as the outdoor pool. Will definitely rent again.
