Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, this spacious retreat is ideal for larger families or groups seeking comfort, convenience, and Gulf Coast charm.
The Space – Sleeps 10 Comfortably Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, sliding door to private balcony with views of Cotton Bayou, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds, mounted TV, dresser with mirror, and closet—great for couples or older kids. Guest Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, and cozy reading chair. Living Room: Oversized sectional, plush chair, flat-screen TV, and access to the furnished Gulf-facing balcony. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, island with 3 bar stools, and dining table with seating for 6. Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in hallway closet. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2-Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email, then picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This property is excellent! I've been visiting Orange Beach multiple times per year for 30 years. This condo is one of the nicest I've stayed in. It's beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. There was a good supply of linens and the kitchen is well stocked. The Phoenix buildings are always nice and well kept. Highly recommend.

Condo Review
It was freezing in the master bedroom. We would turn the heat up before going to bed and it would be turned down in the middle of the night as if it was being controlled remotely. It needs new pillows that are not flat. The kitchen needs a tea pitcher and mixer. There were beaters with no mixer.🤔Otherwise, we had a great time.

A ball at the beach!
We couldn't have selected a more perfect time! The weather was great, the views of the ocean and the bay were spectacular! The condo was nice and well maintained, spacious and updated with all of the amenities needed for a great vacation! We will definitely visit again!

The condo was well equipped and just as pictured. We were especially happy with the views, the balcony off the master faces the Cotton Bay, and the one accessible from both the dining and living areas gave us beautifully peaceful views of the beach and the gulf.

Four weeks stay
My sister and I (retired) stayed a couple weeks, then family came for a week. The condo was wonderful; comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen utensils, upscale appliances, and impeccably clean. Beautiful ocean view, nice workout room and indoor pool. We sat on the balcony and watched dolphins. It was the perfect vacation.

Amazing Unit and Beach!
Upon arrival, I had issues with my card that was on file and the company was more than polite and happy to help.
Unit was amazing and extremely clean. Great views and just as pictured! Balconies were kid safe and we loved the keypad entry so no worries of losing a key!
Easy access to the beach but a rather long walk which we didn't mind. Pool was amazing and so was the chair and umbrella company. Could not have better things to say about this unit and Beachball Properties!

Had a great time
It was sunny the whole time we were there so most of out time was spent at the beach. But no one complained about the beds or anything being busted. So it was great for our use. I had to buy a carafe style coffee pot though. Trying to make coffee with pods for 6 people all getting up at the same time was not fun. That's my only complaint

Great Condo!
This condo was clean, beautiful and the kitchen wonderfully equipped! We were very comfortable in this unit. The only issue was having the door code changed twice in the month we were there. Very frustrating that each time this happened, it took an hour to be resolved. Not at all pleasant.

VERY NOISY
The rails on the balcony are loose I’m assuming. They rattled and made it impossible to sleep. It was windy which I know is not within your control but those rails need maintenance desparately. We planned the trip for some much needed R&R, unfortunately for us that did not happen.

Great Place to Stay!
We had a great time staying at this location. It was very clean and the room had plenty of space for my family. One downside, I was hoping that they would have beach toys and beach chairs stored in the room in a closet for guests to use but unfortunately, there wasn't. Just make sure that if you stay here, bring your own beach goodies or you will be going to the store to buy some! Also, did not allow early check-in, there was no exception. I was disappointed in that after traveling all night and arriving at 10am. We have always been allowed early check in with other companies, even without requesting it. Overall, this was a great place to call home away from home for a week!

This vacation was for our youngest granddaughter's HS graduation trip, she wanted to see her older sister who lives in Lilian AL. Never stayed in a place that had so many dishes, glasses and cups. The space was great for the six of us, nice location to the beach. We were disappointed with the amount of supplies, believe one roll of TP per bathroom for six people for a week was low. Should have been more than one roll of paper towel also. There was also no cleaning materials for the flushes. When our older granddaughter came to visit, the gate guard gave her such a hard time I felt I had to buy her a parking pass which cost $55 each.

Phoenix VI 415
Nice condo. Clean and ready when we arrived at 4:00pm for checkin. Beachball has NEVER allowed us early access to any rental so keep that in mind when coming across country for vacation. Sliding glass door handle on front balcony is broken so do not close the door all the way when you are outside. You will not be able to get back in. Beds are comfy and fridge and stove work fine. Easy beach access and the building was nice. They were having repairs on the elevators but the steps are convenient and we had no problems. Only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are provided so bring extras. Plastic wicker chairs on front balcony are broke, need to be replaced they can not be used. View from balcony is beautiful. There's a lovely breeze from the balcony and the view is amazing.

Nice unit but deceptive description in one area.
There were many positives about this, including a very nice view from the living room, well stocked kitchen, and it was very clean. The amenities are well maintained. There was one significant negative, which was that the listing said the Gulf could be seen from the master bedroom, but the Gulf that can be seen is the restaurant named the Gulf not the Gulf of Mexico. I have stayed in a number of Phoenix properties and this is the only 3 bedroom unit I have rented that the Master bedroom that does not have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. This Unit is Gulf front, but only has views of it from the living room, kitchen, and living room balcony not any of the bedrooms. With that understanding it is a nice unit, but I would not rent it again for the gulf front bedroom is a requirement of ours. The communications with the management was unproductive about the issues in the description.

Awesome Place to Stay
The view from the condo was fabulous, great view of the beach which is white sand and gorgeous. It is easy to access other attractions and restaurants. Check-in process was easy and front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. A great vacation and would highly recommend.
