Place was great. Perfect view and location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. I did only give 1 star for check in process. The address on VRBO was not the address of the condo. I had to call and get the info. There were a couple numbers mixed up

Just a few tips

Overall was satisfied. The location is great. The address provided was wrong and we had to drive around a bit before finding it. We were provided with two entry codes but the property manager helped promptly. The indoor pool was hot tub temperature (103) and the hot tub was pool temp. The drainage system in the indoor pool also seems to be broken so there was a lot of standing water which was slippery and gross if you thought about it too much. Be sure to take or buy: toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen trash bags, Saran wrap (etc), laundry soap, dishwasher detergent as only one of each was provided and only lasted a couple of days for a family. Take extra blankets for chilly nights.

Great location on the beach

We all enjoyed our stay. The teenagers loved the beach, swimming in the pool indoor and outdoor. Views of the dolphins swimming by were awesome.

Our stay

The condo was perfect. Beautiful view, lots of seating on the balcony which was great. The condo was clean and had everything thing we needed. We traveled with our children and grandchildren. The kiddie pool was perfect for the little ones. The only thing we didn’t like it, is there isn’t a check-in time specified, it just says after 3. Our fault for not knowing that meant it could be anytime after 3. After a long 8 hour drive we were ready to unload and relax, but didn’t get to check-in until after 4:30, which was a little bit frustrating that we had to just wait for a text telling us it was ready. Not convenient at all after traveling a long day. We however loved the condo and very much enjoyed our stay❤️

The condo and the location of it were great! My kids were a little disappointed in the workout room but other than that all was great. The outdoor seating area at this condo was perfect for 7 of us.

Fun week at the beach

Overall, everything was great about our stay! The condo was nice and updated for the most part, beds/sheets were clean. There was construction right outside of our balcony, part of the parking lot was blocked off, and you had to walk through the construction to get to the beach. We were warned about construction but unfortunately it was after we already booked. The couches were worn out and kind of dirty, and the washer and dryer were very old and need replaced. At one point I thought the dryer was on fire when we were using it because it smelled like smoke so bad. Other than those couple of things, the condo itself was very nice and we loved having a view of the ocean every day.

Great Condo

We had a great experience with this condo. There was construction going on, but we were warned well ahead of time and there was no issue. The property managers checked on us to make sure things were good and responded immediately to any questions. All good experiences. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing

This property was fully equipped with all the necessities! The only thing that could’ve been better was the patio area was a little dusty (due to sand & pollen). It only needed a little tidying up & it would’ve been perfect! We still enjoyed our time on the patio so no biggie. The “living quarters” were everything and more! Thanks for such an Amazing experience 🤗

Great for family vacation!

We had a great time during our stay at the condo. Everyone had their own room. Condo very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. Pull out sleeper sofa was broken, we emailed and called about the issue and someone was there to fix it later that day. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean, had all the kitchen appliances we needed for cooking in during our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleaning makes the difference

They missed overall 5 star rating because of the following. They texted me the wrong address and when my wife called to get information the girl was rude, lucky I found my email with correct address. When we got to the condo it was not cleaned well, counters and table where dirty and sticky, plus floors had not been cleaned. One of the shower curtains had black mold which meant they had not been cleaned. After we cleaned the things the rest of the stay was great.

Great location, comfortable condo

We were close to lots of great places and the beach was right there. Only complaint would be the condo is supposed to sleep 10 and we only had 7 bath towels, a couple of hand towels and a few wash cloths. We brought wash clothes and our own beach towels so everything worked out.

Great Condo

Clean and beautiful condo. Perfect view of the ocean. The only feedback I would give is the below but it was still not something that would lower the 5 rating due to how awesome everything else was. **The sleeper sofa is broken in one area but still usable and did not impede sleep. **The dryer did not dry well or fast and it seemed it may not have been venting well. Kind of a bummer with 12 people. **Dish washer did not clean dishes even with being rinsed well .We took turns doing them by hand. Everything else was great. Would use again.

Disappointed

Check-in was at 3:00 and our co do was not ready until 4:45. When traveling with children this was a huge inconvenience. Location of condo was perfect but it is time for new beds. Beds are very uncomfortable. Every morning before 8 am the maintenance lady runs a gas blower over the entire complex.

We absolutely loved staying here for our summer vacation. Checking in and out was completely contactless and easy. The place is absolutely beautiful and true to the pictures. The beach is literally just steps away. Would 100% recommend.

Great layout and good location

Floors could have been cleaner, cabinets needed wipe down and master bedroom mattress needs replacement other than that nice condo with great floor plan and close to grocery store also has nice patio furniture
