The property was just as listed. My family of 8 had plenty of room in the condo. The bunkbeds were awesome since it allowed 4 additional people to sleep in their own beds. Not too many condos offer that. There was plenty of cookware and dishes. Definitely recommend this property is you have a large group!

Beautiful Condo!

My sister and I had the most lovely stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. The elevators were fast and management was very available. The beach and weather were perfect. I would be very happy to stay in this condo again!

It was a beautiful condo, exactly what I was looking for. Clean, beautiful views, couldn’t hear our neighbors. Only problem was a clogged kitchen sink that didn’t get repaired even though we reported it several times.

Great Spring Break

Came for spring break with my family and my sister in laws family (4 adults, 6 kids ages 2-13) from Wisconsin. Property was great. Plenty of space, loved the bunk room for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Could have used a few more bathroom towels and guest bed had a very firm matters. Overall 5/5. We love orange beach and will be back!

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Resort. We have a very nice 3 bedroom condo on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with Everything you need during our stay. A Keurig and coffee maker, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates cups, grilling utensils. We had a washer and dryer which was great to do laundry during our 5 day trip. We are very pleased with our location, convenient to all entertainment and restaurants in the area. The pool outside was refreshing and so was the indoor pool and spa. Easy access to the beach. Looking forward to our next stay in the future at this location.

Family Vaca 2023

Brought the grands to the beach for a first time getaway! Our condo was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was helpful keeping up with laundry. The kitchen, though small, was well equipped with ample utensils, making cooking in, affordable and easy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with plenty of seating. There was an indoor pool and hot tub, even though we never used either. We did have easy access to the outdoor pool and beach access was just steps away as well. I would definitely recommend, as reservations and communication was on point!

Any issues that arose were promptly dealt with or offered to deal with. Really the only thing was the dryer took a lo g time to dry. They offered right away to come take a look, however we declined. Would definitely come again!!!

Great Stay

All in all this was a good place to stay. There was a few things that were not what we expected but due to maintenance on the building it was not as pleasant as it could have been. I feel like an extra day or a discount could have been given due to the fact that the outdoor pools were closed the next day and the balcony the day after because of repairs that were just the exterior walls being painted. The rental management company notified us 3 days prior to check in of this as the stated they were made aware the day before. The price we paid was for everything, all pools and balcony. I feel like those 2 things were at least 30% of the cost as it was one of the reasons we chose this perticular condo. They did offer to refund the cost of the rental entirely but it was impossible to find another condo to accommodate 10 people for the same cost. The condo was exactly as it was listed. The showers were great with awesome water pressure! There were plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment to serve with not problems. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great! Its a guarded parking area so we felt completely safe while there. Its safe to say we would stay here again but only on the condition that everything was available.

Outside of the construction, the condo complex was pretty clean. They do a great job keeping it that way. Love being just footsteps from the beach!

Wonderful getaway at the beach

Our experience was excellent, everything was very accurate as mentioned on the listing. Very comfortable beds and enough to cook and eat for 8 people. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Even we had an issue with a leak in one of the bathroom sinks and they sent someone immediately to repair. My only recommendation would be to add a kettle to the kitchen as we like tea and did not have one to use. Also having beach towels or chairs for the beach would be a value added. You can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach for $35 per day, so not a big issue at the end.

Great location and beautiful condo

I can’t say enough about how perfect the location of this condo is. Also, the photos of the condo are very accurate…it’s a beautiful place to stay. It has all kitchenware needed to cook but nothing extra like extra trash bags. Some other normal items that I would have expected to have extras of were toilet paper and paper towels. It didn’t effect our stay, though. Had an amazing time and will be back!

Decent beach getaway, but maybe past it's prime years

Beauty being in the beholder's eye, you'd get different answers from me than from my wife. But I'll base 'our' impressions on the CORRECT answer- hers. ARRIVAL- no problem; gate code for property access and unit code for door lock furnished via text when ready for check-in. Easy. But parking is just outdoor exposed surface lot, so you'll have to schlep all your junk across the hot pavement, rain or shine. Decent carts are available, so not too bad overall. STAY- there was a LOT of construction/renovation/repair ongoing at the facility, which did NOT add to the relaxing vacation vibe we were seeking. They did shut it down at night, of course- but if you're chilling on balcony or inside, you'll endure constant Bob the Builder sounds during the day. Cleanliness, I thought, was ok- but my wife pointed out mold/mildew in the shower, lack of vacuuming under tables, etc, but decided against having it addressed so as limit any potential COVID issues. Also- the balcony tile apparently isn't easily cleaned, so you'll quickly notice some very grimy feet; slippers or sandals suggested. Overall- I've seen worse, but I've also seen better! Kitchen equipped with basics, but we heeded others reviews and brought our own cookware/sharp knife/ etc. Adequate starter supplies (paper, soap, etc), but only one kitchen towel- and not a single potholder- but a call to the rental people was very quickly addressed (brought a newly-purchased potholder set, and ONE more kitchen towel! ;-) Bonus points- the guy who brought the stuff to our door was masked... something notable in contrast to the denizens of the area. Other than that, most everything was adequate for a base camp on the beach- and the owner did a good job of communicating and responding when we needed something. We've certainly stayed in nicer places in the area, but in fairness, they were priced accordingly. Being the snobby, entitled snobs that we've become in our old age, we probably wouldn't go back to this complex- but (personally, don't tell my wife!) I thought it perfectly adequate for a week in the sand, and relatively worth what we paid to be able to gaze out into the gulf from an elevated, fairly private balcony right on the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Beautiful property and the location and scenery were perfect just as the listing described. There were a couple downsides to this particular property; the pool areas are very strict on what can be used while swimming my family was stopped by security for having a ball in the pool and the active construction and noise with it was a bit of a nuisance If you plan on cooking have a lot of cooking spray the pans were hard to cook with.. but overall we had a great time and plan to return to the area next year!

Perfect condo for the beach!

Wonderful place to stay! Place was super clean. Easy access to beach! Both indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Hot tub is only in the indoor pool. The outdoor one is actually a baby pool. The biggest plus was that every room in the condo had a smart tv with access to each major streaming app for endless movies and tv shows. Only negative we ran across was the cooking pans we’re not the best. Everything stuck to them. Bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Other than that the place was perfect. 5 stars for sure!

The location and beach access for this condo was great. Based on the pictures we expected the condo to be a little bigger but we made it work. We had a family of 9 but the condo only supplied 8 towels so that was a bit inconvenient.
