It was family friendly the beach view was beautiful the pools were clean & refreshing. The room wasn't very clean there were roaches so I didn't feel comfortable leaving food out

Wonderful condo with amazing amenities. My 2.5 probably went down the waterslide 100 times each day. The plates were not the cleanest, but I just ran an extra load before we used them. Definitely bring your own pillow as they’re rock hard.

Thanksgiving get away

The place was great, no problems with elevators at this time of the year. Pools were great, security was good, area was easy to find and close to all things we wanted to see and visit. The place was better than expected. Can not wait till next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: tHE ELEVATOR SITUATION CHECKING IN AT 4:30 PM AND CHECKING OUT AT10:00AM WAS HORRENDUS. i KNOW GETTING ROOMS CLEANED IS A MUST. BUT MAYBE STAGGERING THESE TIMES WILL HELP THE CONGESTION AND WIAT TIMES FOR AN ELEVATOR.

All was perfect. The first bathroom sink in the master bedroom could use some Liquid plumber as the water drained very slowly. But overall we loved the condo.

Beautifully decorated and all amenities were available. We love the convenience of having a walk up restaurant downstairs as well as the clean & friendly bar. As always the pools were clean and beautiful. The cockroaches were not invited but were there when we arrived. I took pictures but couldn’t say anything as I didn’t want my son & daughter in law to be uncomfortable. It was a worry everyday to be sure and not unpack all our things or leave anything near the kitchen. Our sheet had a stain on it as well that must have gotten overlooked but I suggest new sheets.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay on orange beach. The location was perfect, the overall property was easy to navigate. Our Condo was well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies ( pots, silverware, toaster, separate ice machine.) Our only issue was dirty dishes were put back into the cupboard, that was pretty gross. The overall cleanliness of the condo was not great. We bought some spray cleaner at the store, cleaned up and ran all of the dishes through the dishwasher and moved on.

Fall Break

We stayed in this condo for our fall break trip with extended family (9 people). The rooms are big and fit all of us comfortably! The condo is well decorated and the kitchen has plenty of dishes to accommodate everyone. There were a few issues that need to be tended to: mold on shower curtain in the bathroom, front bathroom toilet handle sticks and runs nonstop, multiple electric outlets do not work, mold in the toilets, and dirty dishes put back in cupboards upon arrival. We loved our stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean, just wish the condo had been cleaned better prior to our visit (not on the owner of the condo-rather the cleaning crew).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and will stay in the building again. We had 8 adults and a baby. The Elevators are an issue because you have to wait forever. We waited over an hour at check in. My only complaint is I would suggest they clean the floors a little better. Everything was great but we had a one year old and when he was crawling around I saw under the furniture was not clean. The area where the condo is was very nice and close to everything. We are already planning to come back regularly. I always went to Florida before but this is our new favorite! Rental company was great and everything was smooth and no issues. We rented umbrellas on the beach and baby items and they were great to help us find what we needed.

Reviewer Comments: Our bathtub was clogged from day one,our coffee machine didn't work,our bathroom light kept flickering.We called and were told somebody would be by to fix the issues.Nobody came by and there was not even a courtesy call.Disappointing.

Absolutely Amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a softball tournament, and could not have had a more perfect place to enjoy our 'down time'. Between the property's beach access, and the pools, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants, it really made our stay an amazing experience. And when the weather wasn't great, it was so nice to have a comfortable indoor option to hang out. The only negative is that the elevators can take a long time during check in time and parking is definitely limited. That, however, is not something that the condo owners would have any control over, and I'm only mentioning it here so that renters are aware they will need to be patient. In my opinion, this condo and the amenities are awesome, and more than make up for any small inconveniences with elevators and parking. Highly recommend and would definitley rent this place again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was filthy. When we arrived we wiped down the kitchen counter and the cloth was very dirty. All of our white socks were black when walking on the floors. Then one of our guests has a severe dairy and tree nut allergy. At 2 a.m. he woke up with hives all over his body. He took a shower, moved to the couch, got hives again. At 4 a.m. he finally woke us up to tell us what was happening. I had an extra set of sheets so I went to change the sheets. There were crumbs not only in the original sheets, but under the mattress pad. Both beds were like this in that room. I decided to pull back the covers in the unused bed to find food particles in it. My husband had to wait until Walmart opened to go buy a zipper mattress cover, a new blanket, and mop to clean the room. I went to find the vacuum and it would not work because there was molded dust stuck to the inside of the canister. Whomever is the cleaning company needs a lesson on how to properly clean.
